Resilience Primal Flow - Saturday, 03 Dec
Take your fitness beyond boring exercises and just building muscle, in this event we explore a variety of specific forms and moves that have been designed based on some of most practical and impactful methods. We take inspiration from yoga, from martial arts, from classical dance and even from the 5000 year old Chinese practices of Qi-Gong & Tai Chi; to create this holistic approach to fitness. Entire focus is to help you achieve overall health, wellness and make the most of this physical form.
Wall as your Canvas - Saturday, 03 Dec
Over the course of 7 hours, you'll be able to 1. learn the basics of Wall paintings including the kind of paints to use and unconventional methods to get textures, 2. meet mural artists who will guide you through a session to paint 6 wall panels of a government school! 3. get Polaroids of your painting session, 4. take home memories with other like minded people, and the fact you brightened up the world of tiny school kids!

‘Something Sufi’ is a three-hour workshop inspired by the poems and revelations of the Sufi mystic Mevlânâ Rumi. In a world that seems to be ever more chaotic, Rumi's art has the power to bring about clarity and tranquillity. This is a participative exploration of his teachings through active work on thought, movement and awareness.
