Digestive issues affect your energy levels, moods, sleep, and breathing quality. So, in short, just allowing the brain to relax, becomes a stepping stone in correcting this course of imbalance in the body. This is a sleep-guided meditation that helps release negative emotions or any pent-up/suppressed emotions in the subconscious mind, leaving you feeling focused and relaxed in who you want to be. You will be in Shavasana for 60 minutes. And post the session, we shall open the floor to discussion on the experience and questions about the meditation.
Each session starts with about 15 mins of briefing and discussion. 45 to 60 mins is spent on the healing process where the client lies down and relaxes. Indian modernism, like much mid-century modern architecture worldwide, is under threat today being variously erased, revised and reimagined. Is it still relevant?
